SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIRS

SHIPPING

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow 1-2 weeks before your item is shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns for items in new, unworn condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of sale pieces, custom pieces, and special orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email hi@malloryshelterjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped with proper tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items. 

 

ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS, OR ITEMS RECEIVED AS GIFTS, MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR SHOP CREDIT. Without a receipt, we will only provide credit for the current cost of the item. 

REPAIRS

We stand by the quality and craftmanship of our jewelry. Any piece of Mallory Shelter Jewelry that is defective or has broken within six months of purchase will be repaired at no cost. For any other circumstances, a $20.000 repair fee will be applied. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

RING RESIZING

Rings that are in need of resizing will be charged a $25 resizing fee. Please email hi@malloryshelterjewelry.com to set up an appointment for a ring resize.
