Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow 3-4 weeks before your item is shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14 day exchange or store credit policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize an exchange. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Custom designed pieces, engraved items and special orders are non-refundable. Once the item is received, a store credit refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All custom jewelry is deemed final sale, and is not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
