Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date. 


Due to the made to order nature of our fine jewelry, we allow exchanges and returns for store credit only within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange or return for store credit, please email within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. Once the item is received, a gift card will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped with proper tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items.
