SHIPPING

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Goldfill Jewelry

We offer returns for items in new, unworn condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of sale pieces and special orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email hi@malloryshelterjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped with proper tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items. 

Fine Jewelry

Due to the made to order nature of our fine jewelry, we allow exchanges and returns for store credit only within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange or return for store credit, please email hi@malloryshelterjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. Once the item is received, a gift card will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped with proper tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items. 

Custom Jewelry

All custom jewelry is deemed final sale, and is not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. 

ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS, OR ITEMS RECEIVED AS GIFTS, MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR SHOP CREDIT.

Without a receipt, we will only provide credit for the current cost of the item.
